We Are a Literary Magazine
Seeking
Literature that explores what it means to be human.
Editorial Vision
The Vincent Brothers Review’s editors seek writers who appreciate the process of publication, rather than simply a stenographer’s publication notch. We most enjoy working with writers open to the deep reading, editing, and refining of their text—word by word by word—as an exercise to bring their work to the page exactly as they intended. Once individual pieces are polished for publication, our aim is to place them in a smoothly flowing, cohesive format—usually themed—for our readers. Again: Dedicated attention to detail is key.
TVBR’s Mission
The Vincent Brothers Review’s mission is to promote appreciation for the literary arts of poetry, short fiction, creative nonfiction, illustrative art, and photography. Our editors aim to broaden the audience for contemporary creative writing and visual graphic design via the publication of weekly electronic issues on the Substack platform, and one or two hard-copy print issues per year. TVBR is a paying market for FNASR, and publishes a mix of seasoned and emerging writers and artists.
